🟢 Eco-friendly Carpets & Mats
Halogen-free, low-VOC and recyclable TPE/TPV materials for carpet backing and floor mats. Alternatives to conventional PVC and asphalt adhesives. Low odor, stable foot feel and easy installation. Compliant with EU green building and circular economy regulations. Carbon footprint documentation available upon request.
🟢 Overmolding
TPE/TPR soft elastomers for overmolding onto rigid substrates including PP, ABS and PC. Grades tailored for reliable adhesion. Firm bonding, delicate touch, slip and scratch resistance. Suitable for tool handles, consumer electronics and baby products. Compatible with two-color and secondary injection molding.
🟢 Footwear Materials
Special TPR/TPU compounds for shoe soles, midsoles, insoles and decorative parts. Lightweight, wear-resistant and high anti-slip performance. Transparent, high-elasticity and anti-yellowing grades optional. REACH compliant. Fast sampling for small-batch orders.
🟢 TPV Applications
Weather-resistant, ozone-resistant and recyclable TPV for extruded and molded parts such as automotive sealing strips and hose sleeves. A proven recyclable substitute for rubber to realize lightweighting.
