Product Description
These Shore 98A transparent TPU pellets are used for high-pressure straight and coiled pneumatic hoses. Featuring stable pulse-pressure resistance, dynamic-load resistance, they maintain structural integrity of hoses under alternating loads, Used in pneumatic hoses for industrial robots and factory high-pressure air circuits. The recommended extrusion temperature ranges from 195 to 215 °C. Pellets shall be pre-dried at 85 °C for 3 hours to eliminate bubbles and silver streaks. For long-run production, maintain proper screw speed and clean the die periodically. This grade is not suitable for thin-wall low-pressure hoses. Co-extrusion with our other TPU grades is supported. Anti-static modification and color customizations require pre-production sampling, and direct addition of dry color powder on-site during production is prohibited.
